Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@tidywares.com or call 07387 431920 with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days once the return is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including postage.

Your statutory rights

If you are in the UK you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This is in addition to our 30-day returns policy.
