Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@tidywares.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received or, for some items, once return is confirmed.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including postage.
