Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery is typically 7 to 14 business days. A small number of items ship from a further partner warehouse and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks; this is stated on those product pages.

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £4.99 and is free on orders over £50. Express delivery is £6.99.

What's your returns policy?
30-day returns on most items, plus your statutory 14-day right to cancel. See our Returns & Refunds page.

How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels.
