Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery estimate: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days. A small number of items ship from a further partner warehouse and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks; where this applies it is stated on the product page. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by busy periods or customs.

Shipping cost: Standard delivery is 4.99 pounds. Orders of 50 pounds and over ship free.

Multiple parcels: Items in the same order can ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking: Where tracking is available, a tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
