Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery after dispatch is typically 7 to 14 business days.

A small number of items ship from a further partner warehouse and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Where that applies, it is stated on the product page.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels, as items can ship from different warehouses.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, where tracking is available.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us at support@tidywares.com and we'll make it right.
