Which size do I need?

The mask is one size and adjusts to fit most adults. For the pillowcase, measure the pillow: UK Standard is 50 x 75 cm and is what most UK pillows are. UK King is 50 x 90 cm.

Looking after it

Pillowcase: hand wash cool, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh bag with a pH-neutral or silk detergent. Mask: hand wash only and reshape while damp, or the moulded cups will flatten. Neither goes in the tumble dryer. Line dry out of direct sunlight.
